Entries are open for something new at the Date Fest: a generative AI art contest. The Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is adding it to its 2027 Blue Ribbon competitions, the fair announced in a release the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce posted September 23.

The rule worth knowing is how you show your work. Judges consider “more than the final image.” Entrants have to explain their prompts, their process, their editing and their own contribution.
